Finely Crafted Furniture and Cabinetry 

Japanese Tansu and American Shaker traditions evolved independently, yet they share a common vision - that the cabinetmaker's art is best expressed through honest functionality, flawless craftsmanship and an abiding reverence for the beauty of natural wood.  Though culturally unique, these two philosophies create a vision of beauty that transcends borders and fashion.  This fusion of Shaker-Tansu traditions - the timeless balance of beauty and utility - is the inspiration for my work.
